Yes – our service needs agent installation. This is a onetime installation only. Installation of the data agent is done via the ATZO Portal. A link to the Portal will be sent to you.

Atzo Cloud agent is compatible with all Windows server and PC.

You can access your data immediately from any computer with an Internet connection. You can then copy your files to the same location or to another location.

Yes. Our business and reputation depends on keeping your data safely backed up. All data is compressed and encrypted before transmission to the cloud storage and remains encrypted once they reach their destination. The data on backup servers can only be accessed by authorized users.

Versioning is the number of past copies of the same file that is being stored in the cloud. Currently, it is defaulted at 2. You may contact atzosupport@smssb.com to change this setting.

Your data is kept in the cloud as long as you have an active account. Once your account lapses, the data will be kept for another 30 days.

No, you are not required to restart your computer.

Your storage quota is defined as the amount of storage purchased and can be view from your ATZO Cloud Portal. Once storage limit is exceeded, backups will fail. You need to contact atzosupport@smssb.com to increase your storage size.

An email will be sent to the administrator of the company upon reaching 50% utilization of the storage. We strongly advice to purchase additional storage to avoid any failed backups.

Yes, you can but you need to install the data agent on any PC that you want to backup.

After each backup has run, you will receive an email notification of your backup status.

It is unlimited – as many as your company needs. There are no extra costs for each laptop.

You can check anything related to your account from the ATZO portal when you are logged in as an administrator or backup admin.

All backup data that is associated with the backup plan will be removed immediately from backup storage. The data is not recoverable.

On User tab, Administrator can perform add/edit/disable/enable/delete user function.

The download time duration are varies depends on the user’s internet connectivity. The higher the bandwidth will resulting the lesser download time.

To restore a deleted file, select the backup date before the files were detected missing.

You can create a backup plan to backup the folder that contains your PST. Do ensure the Outlook application is not running during scheduled backup.
