ATZO Share is a secure file sharing platform that enables you to access, share, sync and store your shared files anywhere anytime.

Maximum character allowed in ATZO Share is

  • Username : Maximum 20 character
  • Password : Maximum 30 character

Do not use any of these reserve characters or symbol in your Username and Fullname.

Example : ( – \ / : * ? ” < > | “)

Administrator can unlock “Locked Account” under User Management. Find the username of the account that is locked, proceed to click unlock icon. ATZO share will notify the user vie email that the account has been unlocked.

ATZO Share Administrator can set file restricrtion in the Central Administrator Portal and this will restrict the type of file that can be uploaded by the user.

  1. Go to the Policy Management (on the left side of the Admin Portal);
  2. Go to General Tab; and
  3. Under the Upload Restriction, you can then set the File Type Restrictions to “Allow all except” or “Block All except” and key in the type of files that are either allowed or disallowed based on your company’s policy.

There is no file size limit under the default settings. However, depending on your company policy, the ATZO Share Administrator can set the file size limit under the Policy Management in order to ensure better management of stored and shared files.

  1. Go to the Policy Management (on the left side of the Admin Portal);
  2. Go to General Tab; and
  3. Under the Upload Restriction, set the File Size Limit to “Enable” or “Disable” and set the size of the file depending on your company’s policy.

When user delete a file, it will go into User Drive Recycle Bin. If file deletion is done from User Drive Recycle Bin, then file will be purged and cannot be restored.

The ATZO Share Administrator can set the file sharing policy

  1. Go to the Policy Management (on the left side of the Admin Portal);
  2. Go to Sharing Tab; and
  3. Personalize Internal and External sharing policy based on your company policy.

The ATZO Share Administrator can set the file request policy

  1. Go to the Policy Management (on the left side of the Admin Portal);
  2. Go to File Request Tab; and
  3. Personalize File Request policy based on your company policy.

    Atzo Share Administrator can set this in ATZO Share Central Administrator Portal

    1. Go to the Policy Management (on the left side of the Admin Portal);
    2. Go to Sharing Tab; and
    3. Personalize Link Expiry based on your company policy.

    In ATZO Share Central Adminisrator Portal

    1. Navigate to Drive Management
    2. Double click on targetet Drives
    3. Update the Drive size
    4. Save the new update by clicking on the “Disk” icon

    Yes. All user and administrator activity will be captured by ATZO Share and these activities will be provided in the audit logs. Only the ATZO Share Administrator will have access to the audit logs under the Central Administrator Portal.

    There are 4 types of Drive permissions that you can grant in ATZO Share which are:

    1. Owner – Permission to Read, Write, Delete and Share Folder
    2. Author – Permission to Read, Write, and Delete
    3. Contributor – Permission to Read and Write
    4. Reader – Permission to Read only

    ATZO Share Administrator can grant Drive Permission in Central Administrator Portal by going to the Storage Management and add or remove Drive Permission to users.

    If you have forgotten, lost or need to change your ATZO Share password for security purposes, you can do so from the login page of the Web. Web Login Page for Users

    1. From the Web login page, click on “Forgot Password?”
    2. Type your ATZO Share username and email address (i.e. email address used to register you’re your ATZO Share account) and click on “Reset Password”. ATZO Share will then send you an email with the instructions on how to reset your password.

    ATZO Share Administrator can enable Monitor Feature in the Central Adminisrator Portal by going to the Policy Management and enabling the Monitor feature.This will allow users to Monitor their files and folders.
