ATZO Share is a secure file sharing platform that enables you to access, share, sync and store your shared files anywhere anytime.

Password reset can be performed in ATZO Share Web. Just click “FORGET PASSWORD” and enter your username and email registered in ATZO Share.ATZO Share will then send you an email with the instructions on how to reset your password.

Some file type are either allowed or disallowed based on your company’s policy. Please contact your Administator for more details.

There is no file size limit under the default settings. However, depending on your company policy,your Administrator can set specific size when user upload the file

Restoration of File can be done by clicking onto Versions. ATZO Share will list the File Version History and you may select the Version of your choice and proceed to click Restore button.

ATZO Share enables you to choose to either store the total number of versions per document or to store a document for a time period. In ATZO Share, the maximum number of versions or days that a document can be restored from is 9999.

Please contact your Administrator to turn on your Recycle Bin feature.

If your Recycle Bin is turned on,deleted file will go into your personal Drive Recycle Bin. If file deletion is done from User Drive Recycle Bin, the file will be purged and cannot be restored.

No. File Request recipients can be anyone outside your organisation. Users will receive an email with an ATZO Share upload link.

NOTE: Your company may enfore external file request restriction. Please contact your Administator for more details

Link expiry is an option within ATZO Share that allows its users to set an expiry date for the file sharing link. Upon the expiry of the file sharing link, the recipients will not be able to view and download any of the shared files.

For the link expires field, you can then select the Expiry Date and Time of Shared Link . When you shared the file, or folder, a share form pops up and for the Link Expires field you can then select the Expiry Date and Time of the shared link.

The files and folders in your ATZO Share are private by default until you decide to share them. You can share your files/folders with specific people by granting permission to these specific people and based on the permission granted by you, they will be able to either view, edit, delete the files/folders or do all of the aforementioned.

Please contact your Administrator to increase your drive size.

There are 4 types of permission that can be set in ATZO Share. Please note this action will depend on your company policy.

  1. Owner – Permission to read, Write, Delete and Share Folder
  2. Author – Permission to Read, Write, and Delete
  3. Contributor – Permission to Read and Write
  4. Reader – Permission to Read only

It allows all users to keep track of the folder/file changes.

You can set the Email Alert Frequency to either:

  1. Immediately
  2. Daily
  3. Weekly

Only the Owner of that file or folder can set the Workflow. Once Workflow is created, it requires ALL or ANY assigned approvers to approve or reject the share request.

For Desktop Client App

Assume that Microsoft Office is not responding multiple times when you open Microsoft Office documents like (docx, pptx, xlsx) from ATZO Share Desktop. Then you receive the following message

To repair the Office Click-to-Run application, follow these steps as appropriate for the version of Windows that the computer is running.

Windows 10, Windows 8.1 and Windows 8:

  1. On the Windows Start screen, type Control Panel.
  2. Click or tap Control Panel.
  3. Under Programs, click or tap Uninstall a program.
  4. Click or tap MicrosoftOffice 365, and then click or tap Change.
  5. Click or tap QuickRepair, and then click or tap Repair. You may have to restart your computer after the repair process is complete.
