At System Management Services Sdn Bhd we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase of ATZO Cloud / ATZO Cloud Plus service.
- If you have technical or sales queries, do not hesitate to contact us.
- If after you have attempted to resolve issues with our Support staff and feel the purchase does not fit your requirements, we want to make things right.
Our policy offers a full refund within 30 days of your date of purchase for payments via Internet Banking transactions only.
For payment via credit card and debit cards, we are not able to process a refund back to the credit cards or debit cards, because we do not keep credit card and debit card information in our system. Refunds can only be made via Internet Banking.
This policy is only applicable for ATZO Cloud / ATZO Cloud Plus service.

How Refunds Are Issued
Once we receive your request, we will process your request within 5 working days. It may take up to 14 days for the refund to reflect in your bank statement.
